A public service is not finished if people cannot use it
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across this website, in all three official languages, and to say plainly where we fall short.

What we commit to
- Keyboard access to every interactive element, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning, and no meaning conveyed by colour alone.
- Content that reflows on small screens and remains readable at 200% zoom.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences: decorative animation is switched off.
- Sinhala and Tamil typography that renders correctly, not as a fallback afterthought.
Known limitations
- Some demonstration documents are placeholders and are not yet accessible PDFs.
- Sinhala and Tamil translations of page content are not yet published.
- The ecosystem diagram is decorative; its content is also provided as text lists.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from completing a task, write to info@govtech.gov.lk describing the page and what happened. We will acknowledge your report and tell you what we intend to do.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to info@govtech.gov.lk before disclosing it publicly. Include what you found and how to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and will not pursue action against good-faith research.
